About Lahore Resolution
Passed at the Muslim League session in Lahore on 23 March 1940, the resolution demanded that Muslim-majority areas in the northwest and east be grouped into independent units with autonomous and sovereign constituent regions. It covers the resolution's wording, presentation by A. K. Fazlul Huq and its role in the Pakistan Movement, although it did not originally use the word Pakistan.
