Terms of use

1. Who may use the site

Anyone may read and practise on TestUstad. If you are under 18, use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. You must be at least 13 to create an account. By creating one you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that they are yours.

2. Your account

An account belongs to one person. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your password to yourself. Sharing an account, or selling or lending access to one, is a breach of these terms and we may close the account without a refund. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

3. What is free and what is paid

Practice on TestUstad is free and unlimited, and needs no account. The entire published question bank, every written explanation, the syllabus and pattern pages and the solved past papers are free to use for your own preparation, for as long as we run the site.

Full-length mock tests and long-term progress tracking are sold as an exam pack. A pack covers one exam. Buying one exam does not unlock another. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change, but a change never affects a pack you have already bought.

4. Paying and getting access

Payment is by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, confirmed manually against the transaction ID and receipt you submit. Access is granted once we have confirmed the payment, which is not instant. Submitting a receipt for a payment you did not make, or reusing a transaction ID, will end your access permanently. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

5. What you may do with the content

You may use everything on TestUstad to prepare for your own exam: read it, practise on it, take notes from it, and point a friend at the page. That is what it is for.

You may not:

• copy, scrape, harvest or otherwise extract the question bank or the explanations in bulk, by any means, whether by hand or with a script, crawler, headless browser, extension or AI agent;
• republish our questions or explanations on another website, app, YouTube channel, WhatsApp group, Telegram channel, PDF or printed book, with or without credit;
• extract the bank in bulk to build a competing product, a dataset for resale, or a machine learning training set. Search engines and AI assistants that crawl our public pages and send readers back are welcome, and our robots.txt says so;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute anything you obtained here, free or paid, or share paid material with anyone who has not bought it;
• send automated traffic at the site, interfere with it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to reach any part of it you are not entitled to;
• strip, obscure or alter any credit, watermark or notice attached to what we publish.

We monitor for automated bulk access and we rate limit, block and, where an account is involved, terminate it. See the copyright page for what is protected and how to ask for permission.

6. What belongs to whom

The questions we write, all explanations, the site design, the software and the TestUstad name and mark are ours or our licensors'. Nothing on this site transfers ownership to you; it grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use it for your own preparation. Exam names belong to the bodies that conduct them, and we are not affiliated with any of them. See the disclaimer.

7. Accuracy

We put real effort into getting every answer and explanation right, and we correct mistakes quickly when they are reported. Even so, syllabi change, official answer keys are sometimes disputed, and errors happen. Nothing here is an official statement of what will be on your paper. Always check the conducting body's own announcements. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

8. Availability

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including free content and individual features. If we withdraw something you have paid for and cannot offer a fair substitute, we will refund the unused part.

9. Limits on our liability

TestUstad is a study aid. We do not guarantee any exam result, admission, merit position or job, and no part of this site should be read as promising one. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular section 5. Where the breach is bulk copying or redistribution, we may do so without notice and without a refund.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
