Daily games

Four free puzzles, a new one of each every day at midnight. Everyone in Pakistan gets the same puzzle, so you can compare with family and friends. No sign-up needed.

Free brain games for the whole family

TestUstad's daily games are short, free puzzles that teach something while you play. WordUstad is a Wordle-style English word game that shows each word's Urdu meaning. MathUstad is a number puzzle that practises mental maths. Guess the City tests how well you know Pakistan, and Word Groups is a Connections-style puzzle mixing Pakistani general knowledge with English wordplay.

Each takes about five minutes, works in any phone browser with no app, and comes back with a new puzzle every midnight. Students use them to build vocabulary and general knowledge, parents play them with their children, and anyone can share their result with family on WhatsApp. TestUstad is not affiliated with The New York Times, Wordle or Connections.
