How to ask

Send a deletion request to support@testustad.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my TestUstad account". The button below opens your email app with the request already written.

Email a deletion request

• In the TestUstad Android app: open the Me tab and tap Delete account. It brings you to this page.
• On the website: use the button above from any phone or computer. You do not need the app installed.

If you cannot send from the email address on the account, write from another address and tell us which account it is. We will then ask you to confirm it is yours before deleting anything, so nobody can delete someone else's account.

When it happens

We delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request (or of you confirming it is yours, if we had to ask), and we reply to tell you it is done. Once deleted, an account cannot be recovered.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, target exams and password.
• Anything we received from Google, if you signed in with Google.
• Your test and practice history: every attempt, answer, score and result.
• Your saved questions, study plan, points, badges, streak and leaderboard place.
• Your public profile page, if you had one.
• The comments you posted on questions.

What is kept

• Orders and payment records, where we are required to keep financial records or need them to settle a dispute. They are kept only for that purpose.
• Corrections to questions you sent that we already accepted stay in the question bank, without your name.
• Server logs are not deleted one by one; they are discarded on their own short rolling schedule.

Deleting only some of your data

You can also ask us to delete only your history, or only your phone number, and keep the account. Say which in the same email. You can edit your name, phone number and target exams yourself at any time from your account page.
