Correct answer: C. Hijab Zahid
- A. Sana Mir
- B. Fatima Saleem
- C. Hijab Zahid
- D. Bisma maroof
Explanation
Hijab Zahid became the PSL’s first female general manager, making this the same appointment referred to in the previous question. Sana Mir and Bismah Maroof are former women’s cricket captains, not the PSL GM in question.
