  • A. Small half-shaded circle, shaded down at top right; small solid hexagon at middle right; small solid square at bottom centre; small arrow pointing up at bottom left
  • B. Small half-shaded circle, shaded up at bottom left; small solid hexagon at middle left; small solid square at top centre; small arrow pointing down at bottom right
  • C. Small half-shaded circle, shaded down at top right; small solid hexagon at middle right; small solid square at bottom centre; small arrow pointing up at top left
  • D. Small half-shaded circle, shaded down at top right; small solid hexagon at middle right; small solid square at bottom centre; small arrow pointing down at top left

Explanation

Water below the figure swaps top and bottom: every element moves to the opposite row, and anything that points or is shaded upward now points or is shaded downward. Left and right stay where they are. Option C is the only one where every element has changed this way. A has one element flipped in direction but left in its original row. B is the mirror image (left and right swapped), not the water image. D has one element moved to the reflected row but still turned the original way.
