Explanation

Keeping in mind the electrochemical series; OH- gets discharged at the anode whereas H+ gets discharged at the cathode giving out O2 and H2 gases. Hence only option A is correct. Na is above Hydrogen whereas SO2 and S2O42- are above OH- so these cannot be discharged at the electrodes making options B, C and D wrong or incorrect.
