How a repeat is counted
A question counts as repeated only when the same question, with the same correct answer, appears in two or more different exam years. Matching is done on the question text and the correct answer together, so a question that came back with its options reworded or reordered is still caught, while the dozens of unrelated English questions that share a stem like “Choose the correct option” are not counted as repeats of each other.
Measured across 37 solved past papers, 2005 to 2025, 6,760 questions searched, from the ETEA MDCAT, MDCAT, NUMS papers TestUstad holds solved. Nothing on this page is predicted, padded or inferred. Every row names the exact papers and years it was found in, and you can open those papers here and check.
What that measurement actually found: 49 repeated questions, and the most any single question has come back is 3 exam years. If you have seen a site claim a MDCAT question that recurred five or six times, ask which papers it counted. On this corpus that question does not exist, and saying so is more useful to you than inventing one.
