Correct answer: A. Launched even without warning
- A. Launched even without warning
- B. Launched within two weeks
- C. Launched within one week
- D. None of the above
Explanation
NATO’s new defence plans were designed to respond to a large-scale Russian attack that could begin without warning. The plans therefore emphasised readiness for an immediate response rather than a fixed one- or two-week delay.
